We had a wonderful week staying here. Ivan was very helpful in welcoming us and showing us round. The house, the pool and the outdoor kitchen were incredible, only bettered by the view. Small supermarket, 5 mins walk away. Dubrovnik and airport 15 mins either side. Finally a lovely farewell from the owners in the day we left. Definitely recommend staying here.

We are 7 friends from Ireland celebrating our 40th birthdays, and we stayed at the villa for 4 nights.The villa itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything. The location is ideal, only a 15-minute taxi ride to both the airport and Dubrovnik Old Town. Local highlights: * Restaurant Forno: best steak. * Va di breno: Sun bed rental & lunch * Pizza one: Great for take our or sit in pizza * Shopping Centre: A 10-minute walk away * One of the standout experiences of the trip was a full-day private boat hire arranged through our host. Our skipper, Bruno, took us on a fantastic route, including a stop at a beautiful restaurant for lunch. * We also dined at the Panorama Restaurant above Dubrovnik Old Town, followed by a scenic cable car ride down into the city. * We spent a few relaxed hours in Cavtat before heading to the airport. Luggage storage and plenty of lovely spots for a final lunch by the sea. An incredible trip from start to finish

Fantastic holiday in this wonderful villa. Just like the pictures - Villa is spotless and beautifully furnished. Has everything you need - so well equipped. Host, Ivan, was great and so helpful and lovely owners we met too. Area is great - easy walk to shops, beach and several excellent restaurants. Ivan arranged a boat trip with Bruno which was a lovely day. All in all perfect!

We are now a family of seven adults from Ireland and we’re looking forward to a great family holiday in this villa - we were NOT disappointed! What a beautiful villa which catered for all of us and our individual needs. The villa is beautiful with plenty of room and various places to relax in. The view from the villa is absolutely amazing which you can see from outside and inside. The owners of the villa are the nicest people you will meet and very accommodating to us. The host Ivan was excellent in arranging transport to and from the airport and giving us the tour of the villa and information about Dubrovnik. He also arranged a bout trip around the islands at a good price which was fantastic and a special mention to our skipper Bruno who was great company for the day! I would highly recommend this villa and Dubrovnik to anyone as we had the holiday of a lifetime here and if you do decide to come be sure to catch the sunset at the top of the mountain where the cable car goes ! ❤️😎☘️

I couldn’t recommend this villa enough! Gorgeous location near lots of local bars and restaurants but secluded enough to provide peace and quiet. The entire villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The terrace is extremely spacious there is a sizeable swimming pool which was a lovely temperature. The bbq area was amazing, such an added bonus. The house was beautiful, extremely modern and very clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to make you feel right at home. It came with everything you could possibly need and more. When we arrived we were greeted by the host who left us a few welcome drinks and a fruit platter which was a lovely touch. We were given a booklet on where to go and what to see which was helpful as we’d never visited Dubrovnik before. The pool was cleaned every couple of days and the host was at our disposal if we needed anything. We requested a late check out and were grated the entire day for a small fee. We loved everything about it. Thank you.

Our one week stay with three older teenagers was superb. The villa had everything we needed and more. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us, quiet with beautiful surroundings and easy walking distance to beach restaurants and shops. Ivan is a first class host. Immediate response to any queries and excellent recommendations. Thank you for organising the boat trip with skipper Bruno, it was a very special day. We would highly recommend this villa and hopefully will return.

Villa Mative oli upea ja viihdyimme erittäin hyvin! Grillasimme useampana päivänä. Lähellä oli hyvin varusteltu ruokakauppa ja ranta myös kävelymatkan päässä. Varasimme päiväksi myös villan omistajan veneen ja vietimme ikimuistoinen päivän lähisaarilla ja blue cavessa. Dubrovnikin keskustaan pääsi nopeasti überilla. Oma auto oli meillä hyvä, koska liikuimme paljon lähiympäristössä. Ilman autoakin pärjää kuitenkin hyvin!

This place looked too good to be true however when we arrived it was everything we expected and more. The communication was excellent and it was lovely to have a tour and local recommendations. The place is awesome. Such high quality finish and has everything you would need. Easy to get taxis to Debrovnik. Departure was easy and the hosts were so lovely. We have fallen in love with Croatia and this villa so will be back.

The location of the house is perfect. You are able to walk to the grocery store/beach and restaurants. Ubers and taxis are always available. The owner Zeljka and Co-Host Ivan are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Dubrovnik area.

PERFECT accommodation!! My partner and I agree that this is one of the best, if not the best accommodation we have stayed at in Europe. The hosts were so friendly (how do I stress this enough), the amenities inside the house were state of the art, the tours organised by the hosts were spot on and tailored, and location of the place was far away from the touristy areas that you felt relaxed and at ease. This villa is well furnished, perfect for relaxing holidays. You can also get to Dubrovnik really well and quickly, but it is still a bit out of the way where it is quieter.

Lovely villa - very modern and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Hosts were very detailed on things to and places to see and extremely helpful when needed. They met us upon arrival and departure, very lovely people. Plenty of parking and away from the road. Views were exceptional. Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the water and a short drive away from Dubrovnik old town. Would recommend!

Our stay at Villa Mative has been more than we could have wished for! The villa is amazing and beautiful inside and outside! Waking up to the most gorgeous views every morning has been the best! We came with 4 adults and 3 children and we have all loved it! The games room, outdoor kitchen area and pool specifically 🙌🏻 we made all our meals on the outside bbq whilst the kids where playing in the pool it was a highlight of our trip 🥰 Ivan and the owner have been great from start to finish allowing us early check in and late check out due to our flight times, also recommended lots of places to visit and do ☺️ the location is good down a hill to the lovely village and sea - great for travelling along the coastline to Cavtat and Dubrovnik - 100% would recommend - thank you ❤️
