It is a really nice space in a great location, but the amenities were scarce. We had to buy soap and toilet paper as a group of 5 people. The shower got clogged too, so its upkeep needs some more work. All in all it sufficed for our needs and does meet the price we paid. We had a great time in Ljubljana and this place was a part of that :)

A lovely place not too far from the city centre. It was clean and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Communication with Martina and her team was very prompt. Definitely recommending this place.

Modern and spacious appartment not too far from the city centre of Ljubljana (around 10 min with public bus). The inner patio made it private and the train way behind is not an issue as you can barely hear it. AC in summer was a plus. Recommended for a family.

Cattivo odore in bagno, probabilmente proveniente dalla fogna tramite il pozzetto davanti alla doccia. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato davanti all’appartamento. C’è la ferrovia che passa proprio dietro l’appartamento, ma è poco percepibile e non è particolarmente fastidioso Il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 20 minuti. Ambienti ampi, ben arredati e confortevoli. Comodo il supermercato vicino.

Nagyon rendezett, kellemes, nyugodt hely. Minden megfelelt a leírásoknak, pontosan olyan, mint a fotókon. A házigazda is gyorsan válaszolt, és nagyon kedves volt.

Martina's place has been a very pleasant stay, with spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. The location is quite nice if you have a car. There are restaurants and markets close by. Martina is a very pleasant and responsive host. The road to the parking spot is a tight squeeze for bigger cars - keep that in mind. Though I do not think that takes away from the accommodation itself.

Martina, Vesna and co were all very accomodating and responsive to messages and also gave great advice and recommendations for Ljubljana. The accomodation was just as the photos looked and had everything we needed. The place is around 30 minute walk to the centre of Ljubljana but it’s a very easy walk and doesn’t feel as long as it is. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely modern apartment with great facilities and close to many shops and buses to the centre. Martina was a lovely host with clear communication and instructions. A very minor issue was the presence of ants as soon as we arrived despite the very clean state of the kitchen – I'm sure this would have been sorted if we were staying for longer, and didn't impact our short stay.

This was a lovely, clean and spacious apartment. Good location to explore Ljubljana in a quiet suburb. There are shops around the corner and suitable kitchen facilities for simple cooking.

Super tolle, neue Wohnung im Herzen Ljubeljanas. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Klima, Waschmaschine, Trockner, voll ausgestattete Küche. Alle Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. An jedem Fenster Fliegengitter und Rollos. Parkplatz auch bestens direkt am Haus. Der einzigste kleine Abzug ist die fehlende Kaffeemaschine.

Die Kommunikation verlief vor und während unserem Aufenthalt reibungslos und wir bekamen immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Gemeldete Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort behoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, sowie sehr gut ausgestattet…es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Würde immer wieder kommen und kann man nur weiterempfehlen !!:)
