La camera è spaziosa e pulita. E' dotata di un piccolo frigo e di aria condizionata. C'è un graziozo terrazzino arredato con due poltroncine e un tavolo. Possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio gratuito. La signora Pina è molto gentile e disponibile.

Suprug i ja proveli smo 10 prekrasnih dana u objektu Pina . Soba s kupaonicom i balkonom. Apartman je bio besprekorno čist. Posteljina čista i mirisna kao i dovoljan broj ručnika. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi. Na dolasku piće dobrodošlice s domaćinima, na odlasku suvenir kupinova rakija domaće proizvodnje. Odlična lokacija u mirnoj ulici. Besplatni parking u sklopu objekta. Trgovine Lidl, Konzum, DM, pekarnica sve do 7 min hoda. Restoran Dario gdje se jede po pristupačnim cijenama 5 minuta od objekta. Plaža Cuvi 20 min hoda ili 5 min automobilom. Odlična vrijednost za novac. Nadam se da se vidimo opet.

Really lovely stay! Pina and her husband were incredibly kind and always available — they made me feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Near restaurants and supermarkets. I would happily come back!

Pina e Vittorio sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili, non ci hanno fatto mancare niente...😊 Sono persone squisite e generose in tutti i sensi. Camera pulita e completa di tutto come in fotografie, la posizione dello studio è a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, stessa distanza per andare al mare. A pochi passi ci sono due supermercati, ristoranti e farmacia.

Lastnica je gostoljubna, odzivna in preprosta. Vzdušje je bilo prijetno, parking za avto na voljo, soba je prostorna in ima čudovit balkon. Vse je blizu in ulica je mirna. Priporočam vsakomur, ki želi izkusit mir, počitniško vzdušje in dobro voljo. Zagotovo se še vrnemo

Чистый и очень уютный номер с балконом и видом на собственный садик. В номере есть чайник и чашки. Красивое постельное бельё. Собственная небольшая стоянка. Рядом находятся большие продовольственные магазины и хороший ресторан-пиццерия. Центр города расположен в 1,5 километрах, пляжи - 2-2,5 км. Хозяева очень радушны и приветливы, проблемы при общении не возникли, хотя и не говорят по-английски.

Pina Apartment is located in a quiet place in the new part of Rovinj within walking distance to the old center of the city. The room was very clean with a huge bed and enough space for luggage. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. Attached to the room was a pleasant veranda, which looked out upon a richly landscaped little yard. The hosts are very hospitable. The possibility of parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The accommodation is great for a long vacation. Thank you Pina and Victor, we will come again!

Een persoonlijke zeer verwelkomende ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Het appartement is gelegen kort bij een groot winkelcentrum, waar alles voorradig is. De auto kan gratis geparkeerd worden aan het appartement. Het appartement is kraaknet en voorzien van alle toestellen die evt een langer verblijf toelaten. Met de fiets is Rovinj vlot bereikbaar alsook alle stranden in de buurt

Sono venuta in questa struttura con mia sorella. La signora Pina è gentilissima e davvero disponibile. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di bagno e terrazza dove fare colazione. Capiente frigo all'interno. Posizione strategica appena fuori dal centro e a 5 minuti d'auto dal mare. Torneremo!

I proprietari di casa sono molto disponibili, accoglienti e premurosi. Il terrazzino è molto comodo e rilassante: lo spazio per stendere è molto ampio e la carrucola ha uno stile tutto retrò che lascia innamorati, le poltrone sono comode e il tavolino è di design, infine l'uva che cresce a grappoli lascia spazio a piccoli attimi dolci.

Ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren. De accommodatie heeft een eigen parkeergelegenheid en ligt centraal in de stad Rovinj. Het centrum is 30minuten lopen, de winkels 5minuten en het strand is 5minuten met de auto. Top! Daarnaast was de kamer van alle faciliteiten, zoals beschreven, voorzien. Ook was de kamer schoon en rook het fris. Wij hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven en zouden zeker weer teruggaan.

In a cultured quiet area, 20 minutes on foot from the Cuvi beach and 20 minutes on foot from the old town, a room with a spacious and shaded balcony and a bathroom with a very nice host. The LIDL is close to the accomodation.

Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommene Gastgeber, Zimmer mit Balkon, Sitzecke im Garten, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück hinter einem Tor. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr gutes Restaurant und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Bilo nam je izvrsno. Domacini su nas docekali u toploj atmosferi. Jako su ljubazni i prijatni. Stvorili su nam osecaj kao da smo kuci. Smestaj je cist i uredan, ima dovoljno prostora. Krevet je preudoban. Terasica prostrana i divno je popiti prvu jutarnju kafu u takvom ambijentu. Obezbedjen je parking za auto. Lepo je pozicioniran smestaj, u blizini velikih hipermarketa. A ipak ususkan, tako da nema ulicne buke. Tako da je lep odmor zagarantovan. Svaka preporuka za smestaj i domacine. Do sledeceg vidjenja 🥰
