Veľky apartmán s veľkou terasou plne zariadenou ( stôl, stoličky, lehatko ) s výhľadom na more a asi 100m od krasnej kamenistej pláže. Apartmán mal všetko zariadenie ( vysávač, pračku, kuchynské potreby ). Nachádzal sa v komplexe kde bolo aj kino na prízemi a potraviny. Krásne okolie. Ubytovateľ bol neustále na telefóne a na každú otázku nám ihneď odpovedal. Boli sme s dvoma malými deťmi (4 a 2 ročné) a bolo to ideálne aj pre nich. Hneď pri ubytovaní je zastávka autobusu, ktorý chodi priamo do starého mesta. Veľmi dobra doprava a veľa autobusov, ktoré často chodili aj mimo sezónu.

Fantastic location near to Sunny Beach but without lots of steps!! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and very close to bus stop for very regular buses to Dubrovnik old town. Lovely sized apartment with great sized bathroom and big balcony. We did have an issue with the hot water but they were very responsive and came the same evening to fix this!

Excellent apartment location and amenities. Supermarket just downstairs. The instructions from the owners were precise and we had good clarity even though we were checking in quite late. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location, excellent contact with staff, excellent cleanness but the slant of the roof was no joke. All of us banged our heads at least 3 times during 3 day stay, even the 2 year old. It affected every room, sofa was unsittable, you need to shower in half crouch and if you got up too quickly you would hit your head and two people couldn't pass each other in the kitchen. On photos the apartment looks much more spacious, but much of that space is unusable in day to day life.

Apartment is located in quiet area near beach and promenade, There are some restaurants near bay and smal market on ground floor of complex, garage to this apartment is included and that is very big plus. As apartment itself is quite specious with big taras well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, decent WIFI. On arrival we recived very detaild instruction (pdf inculidng photos) how to get to the apartment . I can honestly recommend this apartment it offers good value for price. Tip. Uber brings you to Old Town for 7 euro so it is better to leave rental in garage, you can also walk there that we did two times (around 1h for kids of 5)

Розміщення ідеальне. Пекарня, невеликий ресторан, супермаркет, власна захищена парковка і автобусна зупинка з автобусом до Дубровника в 1 хв ходьби а то і менше від дому. Пляж теж близько 2-3 хв ходьби. Є кондиціонер і непоганий свіжий ремонт. Чисто.

Great location, supermarket just on 1’st floor, comfortable bedroom, balcony with sea view, easy going to beach. Restaurant and coffee shop down stairs. The most helpful is elevator 😁😁😁absolutely will come back next year. Thank you

무료주차, 위치최고! 바로 길건너에 비치있고, 버스정류장도 바로앞이라서 올드타운 오기가기에 좋음. 4번 버스타고 10분정도 걸림. 같은 건물에 슈퍼, 식당 다 있어서 너무 편리함.

The location was great - just in front of the beach and great views, neighbourhood with lots of amenitiies. Easy to get to the old city by bus - you could also walk if you enjoy a long walk. We went in April and it was great weather and not very busy.

To komfortowy partament na 5 piętrze z dużym tarasem i bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią w której można przygotowywać posiłki. Bliskość plaży fantastyczna. Sklep na parterze (wysokie ceny), a na dziedzińcu piekarnia i małe restauracje. Przystanek autobusowy do centrum tuż przy obiekcie. Kontakt z personelem szybki i konkretny. Instrukcja wejścia do apartamentu bardzo przejrzysta, nie ma osoby, która sobie z nią nie poradzi.

4 nights stay with my family in this apartment in May 2024. Instructions absolutely perfect to get there, key box etc. very clean and bigger than we expected. We had a few issues whilst we were there that were out of their control but they proactively dealt with these which was so great to see.

150m od moře, do apartmánu se dostanete klíči s čipem, kterým ovládáte výtah. V přízemí restaurace, bary a hlavně supermarket otevřený 7-22hod. Klimatizace ve všech pokojích, pračka, myčka, obrovská terasa, hned vedle MHD, prostě parádní prostředí.
