Excellent séjour chez Dalia. Le logement est impeccable, tres bons équipements, jolie déco et très bons lits . très agréable et le sentiment d'être chez soi. acces tres simple à la vieille ville via de nombreux bus proches de l'appartement, tout en restant dans une partie plus calme et moins saturée de touristes. Acces à la mer pour des baignades tres simplement à pieds depuis le logement. Même si nous ne l'avons pas vue, Dalia a été de très bon conseil pour les restaurants de la ville et très réactive en cas de question. Je recommande à 100%

Appartement à 10 min en voiture du vieux centre (compter 10 EUR en uber) avec la possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture dans la cour de l’immeuble (ce qui est un vrai plus car le parking est difficile et cher à Dubrovnik). L’immeuble est vieillot mais l’appartement est charmant, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Dalia est super réactive, nous a laissé de petites attentions à notre arrivée et nous a envoyé plein de conseils. Et évidemment la vieille ville est incroyable et nous avons adoré. Je recommande.

Dalia’s place is lovely! The location is wonderful and walking distance to restaurants and bars and beaches of Lapad. We enjoyed being a bit outside of Old Town since it’s much more crowded there. The apartment was spotless and comfortable!

Great apartment. With the bedroom door open the AC cooled all rooms down enough that I slept well (which was one of my primary concerns). The fans in the bedroom work well also. Lots of storage space in the apartment I could see this being useful for a longer stay. I used the iron and ironing board. At the end of my 3 night stay I found myself wanting to stay longer!

I really enjoyed staying at Dalia’s place. It fit 4 comfortably. I love the style with the cleanliness, bold art, and plants. I felt right at home. We used an Uber to get into old town about 6 euros each way. Dalia was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We spent two pleasant nights in dalia's house. A few days before the start of the trip, she began to get in touch with us and provided us with rich information about the surrounding facilities before we checked in. The interior of the house has good lighting and a small balcony. The facilities in the bathroom are a major highlight. The washing machine is equipped with laundry pods. In the drawer under the washbasin, you can find rubber bands, hairpins, and feminine hygiene facilities. The thoughtfulness of the accommodation exceeded expectations.

Parfait, très joli appartement, joliment décoré en toute simplicité. Rien ne manque. Cuisine ultra fonctionnelle. Dalia was an excellent host and responded very quickly to all of our inquiries. She provided us with a fantastic list of tours and activities, restaurant and beach recommendations. Her place was spotless and modern and well located close to the marina for boat tours and the #6 bus for quick bus ride to the Old City. The air conditioning unit in the main living area was a welcome relief from the heat in the summer.

Our stay at the apartment was truly great - everything and anything we needed for the 5-day stay was easily accessible for us. Cleaning supplies, including detergent capsules for the washing mashing were provided as well as some basic food and snack options. Apartment was clean, rooms were nice and AC kept the apartment cool while it was really hot outside. Not that far away from the apartment there is a nice beach, some grocery stores and overall a nice area. Old town is approx. 40 minute walk from the apartment, bus stops are not that far away either. All in all, I recommend Dalia's place for your next stay in Dubrovnik.

The airbnb easily accommodated 4 of us. It was spacious, very nice, and had all the accommodations we needed. Also a great location, not too far of a walk (and a short drive) from old town, very close to some great beaches and restaurants, and right next to a really cool track/soccer stadium with public access. Dalia’s flat was so nice! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and the most well-stocked with amenities Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in - everything you may have forgotten or needed was there, and then some! You can tell someone actually lived here previously, as it all felt very much like staying in a home and not just a soulless apartment, which we prioritise when travelling. Location was a bit out of town but not terrible - 10 min walk from the ferry terminal, 20 min walk to sunset beach in Lapad which was a great place to spend evenings, but about a 30-40 min walk to old town. There is a bus to old town but we did not take it, although I’d consider it in the heat! A lovely place to stay if you’re planning to be inside the flat (we have small children that keep us in past bedtime), enjoy cooking for yourself, and don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of old town.
