Mieszkanie bardzo ładne. Idealne dla rodziny 4 osobowej. W mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Duży zapas ręczników i kapsułek do zmywarki. Również dostępne są ręczniki plażowe. Plaża znajduje się w odległości 500 m. Autobus w odległości 200 m. Blisko znajdujecie również sklep spożywczy i restauracja. Taras idealny na posiłki i odpoczynek. Jak masz szczęście to na tarasie spotkasz żółwia 🐢

We stayed for 7 days and traveled around Dubrovnik. The flat was exactly what we needed as a base. It was easy to get to the old town by bus or Uber and when we wanted to have a relaxing day we just stayed local at the beach, watched the sun set, ate at the nearby restaurants and shopped at the local supermarket. We even learned to love the steps x

Een heerlijk appartement met een prachtige tuin met uitzicht. Persoonlijk ontvangen door Mateo. Hij had meteen goede tips voor ons voor de omgeving. Supermarkt op loopafstand, strand en zee op loopafstand, gezellige restaurantjes en barretjes op loopafstand. The old town is makkelijk te bereiken met de bus. We hebben een fijne week gehad! Majoittuminen sujui ongelmitta! Huoneisto oli siisti ja juuri sopivan kokoinen neljälle hengelle. Huoneiston yhteydessä on oikein mukava etupiha jossa voi viettää aikaa tai nauttia aamupalaa. Huoneistolle vie pitkät portaat, mutta jos ne eivät haittaa suosittelen vahvasti tätä kohdetta! Majoittajamme oli oikein mukava. Hän yritti parhaansa mukaan joustaa ja auttaa meitä saapumis sekä lähtemis päivinä. Häneen sai nopeasti yhteyden koko majoittumisemme ajan. Hän myös auttoi meitä varaamaan aivan ihanan veneretken viimeiselle päivällemme. Iso suositus. Isona plussana oli että 2 oikein kilttiä kissaa majoittuu piha piirissä, tykkäävät hengailla mukana kun istuskelee pihalla🤭🤩

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und für meine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde. Die Einweisung war ein rundum Sorglospaket, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung und für den Aufenthalt selbst. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Würden wir wieder als Absprungbasis für die Entdeckertour Dubrovnik wählen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet gewesen. In dem kleine Garten kann man sich wunderbar entspannen. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Anzahl der Handtücher, sowie eine kleine Snackauswahl des Gastgebers über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Ein separater Wäscheständer wäre noch empfehlenswert, falls es regnet. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Modern flat in a peaceful location. Lots of steps so not great for families with pushchairs / small kids, but we were warned of this before we booked. Easy access to the beach, and the beach is nicer to the left hand side of the beach bar. Flat was very clean, well equipped and suited us very well. Couldn't use garden because of the mosquitoes but probably down to the time of year. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great apartment, super clean. Close to the beach, bars... 100+ steps to deserve it and enjoy the view from the garden !!! Sunbeds available. The apartment manager has been super welcoming and reactive to any requests.

Up a cute little side street near the beach. Supermarket, nightlife and restaurants very close. The bus into Dubrovnik old town also stops right at the bottom of the hill. (Stairs to climb if you have accessibility needs.) Great little spot though if you want to see the beauty of Dubrovnik, then enjoy some r&r at the beach.

This Airbnb was amazing! The place itself was awesome, both rooms plenty large, and the open family room was great for hanging out in. A/C worked well and the location was right up the stairs from the bus stop and some shops, so super convenient. What put's this place over the top is Mateo though. He was so friendly and helpful with anything, that it really added to the stay. Highly recommend this place, but as has been mentioned previously, it is up quite a few steps, this was fine for me, but others may not want to deal with that.

We hadden een super week in Dubrovnik. Super fijn, schoon en koel appartement. Fijne communicatie met goeie tips! Mochten we nog eens naar Dubrovnik gaan, gaan we zeker weer hier heen!

L'appartement géré par mateo est comme sur les photos : propre, neuf, bien équipé et très bien situé. A 2min à pieds de l'arrêt de bus en direct de la vieille ville, à 2min d'un supermarché, 4min de la plage. Vraiment très bien placé pour visiter dubrovnik en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. En effet il y a des marches pour y accéder, mais on l'a fait avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi. Et le jardin de l'appartement est vraiment agréable.

Amazing and quiet place close to the beach. Around the apartment we encounter some friendly cats, even a small turtle! If you come between July and August, you will have the chance to pick some grapefruits in on a tree hidden in the garden.

Apart from the stairs of the driveway (forced for the morphology of the territory) the apartment is fully equipped with parking and a 5 min walk from the center and the beach. Our host Mateo was really nice. As soon as we arrived she showed us the apartment and advised us well on how to spend our holiday. The owner was also kind. He came to water the garden and gave us 3 vouchers for a sun bed at the nearest beach (1 sun lounger 120 kune x 3 = 49€). For those who want to spend a few days in Dubrovnik, I recommend the Lapad area. It is much quieter and in 10 minutes by bus (the bus stop is right outside) you are in the old town where you can park the car is impossible. And this apartment (max for 3/4 people) is really a great solution. Recommended!

The apartment was excellent, good size, modern and very clean. The terrace was lovely and we enjoyed having family meals there. The apartment was fully equipped and contained all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and even an anti mosquito spray! The sunset beach is a short stroll away from the apartment, there are also a supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. Maro, our host, was very kind and helpful.
