Staying here was an absolute dream! The hosts were such a sweet couple, and they were very accommodating. Their place was spacious, modern, and had views that were breathtaking, with access straight down to the water where you can sunbathe or swim. Because we went during off-season, most restaurants were closed, but not too far from us was a small grocery store and one restaurant that we frequented during our stay. We recommend renting a car to drive around the island to explore all the hidden gems such as gorgeous beaches, stunning views, Odysseus’ Cave, and the beautiful park. We wanted somewhere extra special to celebrate mine and my wife’s 16th anniversary, and this was better than we could have imagined! We highly recommend staying here!!!

Wow! What an amazing location. We loved our stay. Being able to swim straight from the garden was such a treat. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Dubravka was a great host. Would absolutely recommend as a base to explore the island.

Hosts Dubravka and Pero are exceptional. My family and me we feel like we know them our whole life. Location and accommodation are excellent as well and sea is just 20 meters away from the apartment. We will come back definitely!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft. Vorallem ist sie aber ihr Geld wert, weil ein privater Zugang zum Meer besteht, was sehr schön war. Etwas speziell: Die Betrwuung fand von einem Autoverleihbüro statt. Die haben uns freundlicherweise direkt ins Apartment gefahren und auch nochmal abgeholt um zum Hafen zu gelangen. Schätzen wir sehr! Allersibgs wollten sie uns zwingend ein Auto aufschwatzen. Für zwei Tage aufenthalt wäre das nicht nötig gewesen. Doch davon abgesehen war alles perfekt ubd die Ausflüge in den Nationalpark oder Odysseus Cave waren traumhaft.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The place is immaculately clean and everything is brand new. The view is incredible as is the swimming - perfect crystal clear water, protected bay, easy to get in and out. Truly some of the finest sunbathing we have ever experienced. There is a very good air conditioner, but only in the main room (not the bedroom). We were happy to be able to do a load of laundry. There's no dryer but things dry quickly on the rack outside. The island itself is so beautiful - we're so glad we visited. The national park is a treat. Each of the little towns on the island seems more spectacularly situated than the last. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from, some quite close by.

The situation of this property is absolutely wonderful. It’s amongst trees so has lots of shade - useful when it’s hot and sunny. It’s also directly across the small bay from Sobra so there’s a great view, either from the balcony or the two lower levels of seating outside that we were welcome to use, one of which was directly at sea level. It was a great place to have an early evening beer! The hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We slept very well in the comfy bed.

It is a peaceful place for people who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowds. Here, you can walk, do some morning workouts by the beautiful bay, or swim. The hosts are very kind and helpful so you can ask them anything. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. I can fully recommend this place!

It was just beautiful! One of the best accommodations we have ever booked on airbnb. The flat is wonderful and the hostess and her husband are very warm people. We especially enjoyed the time at the small private beach that belongs to the house. We can recommend this accommodation 100%

The airbnb is in a beautiful location, easy walk to the village where you could get coffee, food and basic provisions. The hosts were friendly but also gave us our privacy. Fantastic swimming spot right on the doorstep and a small beach 5 minutes away. Very peaceful and recommended, just bring insect repellent as there were a few mosquitoes.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures, the view is phenomenal, the setting is peaceful and quiet. Dubravka and Peter were charming and welcoming. The water is utterly beautiful. Would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope to do so in the future!

Nous avons passé le meilleur séjour de notre vie dans cet Airbnb. ✨ Le logement est paradisiaque, au calme et nous offre une vue et un cadre hors du commun. L’appartement est très bien équipé et on peut y passer plusieurs jours sans problème. On aurait presque envie d’y rester toute la journée pour faire du paddle ou du snorkeling. De plus Dubravka et Pero sont des hôtes incroyables, adorables et très attachants. Nous avons adoré discuter et partager un repas avec eux. Merci encore pour tout, j’espère qu’on se reverra ! ❤️

A beautiful, quiet location. Andrea very kindly picked us up from the port and transferred us to the apartment where we were shown around and made to feel very welcome. We could swim directly from the back of the property and the sunbeds were a lovely place to relax. There's a beautiful beach a short walk away. As a 2F couple we felt comfortable and welcome.

If you want peace, quiet and immense beauty, this is the place for you. You will live just by the turquoise water, overlooking the bay and the village Sobra with green, steep mountains as a background. Dubravka and her husband keep their old limestone building in perfect condition and have kept pine trees that both give shadow and adds to the beauty of the place. The apartment is modern and newly refurbished, as well as spotless. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony and sunbathing down at the small dock, taking swims far from the busy beaches. Dubravka is a very kind and likable person, and knowledgeable about the Island and its history. It is not a question if but when we will come back. Some advice: if you prefer to cook, bring as much meat and fish you can, as the stores on Mljet only have basic supplies, although pretty good fruit and vegetables. Buy a cooler when shopping at Konzum in Dubrovnik port and fill it.

We recently stayed at Captain Toni’s apartment for six nights. The apartment is beautifully renovated and is even better than the photos. Dubravka and Peter, the owners, live on site but are very discreet and were always available if needed. Frano and Andrea, the agents, are easy to liaise with and arranged a hire car for us for collection upon arrival. It’s worth hiring a car to see the rest of the island, sandy beaches in the south, picturesque coves with great restaurants and the national park in the north are all worth visiting. In summary the apartment was very peaceful, in a beautiful location with great owners and agents, 5 stars from us.

This place really is as beautiful as the pictures. We had a wonderful 9 night stay. Having a hire car was really handy, as we often drove to the National Park, which was also beautiful. The island is very quiet and like going back in time in many ways. We loved it.

Dubravka was a wonderful host! Prior to our trip I had a few questions that were answered quickly and helpfully by the hosts, including recommendations for local car rentals and attractions. Upon arrival, Dubravka was very welcoming and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. She remained vigilant of our needs and very gracious for the duration of our stay, providing pleasant conversation while allowing us plenty of privacy. The location itself was nothing short of spectacular! It was even more beautiful than the pictures describe and the water was wonderful to swim in. It was very quiet and peaceful the whole time we stayed at this property. Overall, I strongly recommend this property, providing incredible surroundings and comfortable hospitality for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much to Dubravka and her family for having us!

Beautiful location, so peaceful and lovely to have your own terrace straight into the sea. It’s easy to walk into Sobra but worth hiring a car for a couple of days to explore the rest of the island. Having done that though I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to stay. Thank you we had a lovely holiday.

We stayed here for three nights and cannot recommend it enough! The property is in a beautiful location, really tranquil and relaxing. Mrs Dubravka and her husband are both very friendly. The majority of the communications are with Frano and Andrea (who manage the property as co-hosts), and they are both exceptional! They’re really welcoming and generous with their time, helping us arrange a car hire at short notice despite our indecisiveness. They made the whole rental run absolutely seamlessly as well as providing recommendations for our time in the island. We had a fantastic time and would fully recommend to anyone considering visiting.

wij hadden het enorm naar onze zin in het prachtige appartement van Dubravka. Alles was aanwezig en alles was super proper. Het uitzicht was formidabel en het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor het Nationaal park, de Odysseus cave en de Montokuc. Omdat wij op zondag aankwamen waren er beschuiten , havermout en koekjes voorzien wat zeer aangenaam was!
